Is it time to go inside of you?

Can you ask yourself sometimes, "Why am I keeping myself so busy?" Is it because I feel too lonely or am afraid of being alone? If I keep some quiet time, some slowed down time, do I fear that I will be separate from society? Or you could ask, "Am I very uncomfortable with myself, not trusting of myself alone that I keep myself so busy?" Am I covering something up? Am I afraid because I don't know who I am or what to do?

Can you make time for thirty minutes to a couple hours and be totally quiet and alone? Why do we need to keep busy all the time? Do you know that the answer is within you? If you feel some resistance to going deep inside of yourself, why don't you simply accept the resistance. Accept the fact that you simply don't know how to go deeper. This is the first step of going deeper.

Can you ask yourself sometimes to make yourself consciously alone and quiet? Do nothing, just be. Make mental, emotional, and physical space for yourself. Consciously just be. If you feel like you don't know how to just be, then accept this fact.

I feel like it is time to go deeper. It is time for deeper healing and transformation, time for awakening. No more waiting or excuse. It is a very intense time. If you feel like this is me, this is your time, can you put full energy and focus into it? If you use a lens to connect the sunlight, you can make fire. If you move around the lens, you cannot make fire.

Is it time for you to go inside to find the answer to your happiness, freedom, and awakening? When I see people, including spiritual seekers, many people look at this teacher or this organization, that kind of method. Even if you find a specific teacher or group, it still seems as if people are looking here and there, waivering. Your mind and heart is not fully there, not fully focused yet. I am simply asking you if it is time for you to really focus for your awakening, freedom, and happiness? Instead of always looking for help from a teacher, guru, or a certain method, or through money, material gain, and power, why don't you go inside yourself?

If you still are wondering, looking for answers from outside, ask yourself why you always depend on the outside world? I feel that until we find the right path, we constantly ask ourself why we do this or that. Instead of asking advice from loved ones, friends, and gurus, can we create the habit of looking inside to find the answer? All the necessary answers are within us.
