Going deeper and deeper and deeper

When we truly seek our freedom, we must go deeper and deeper and deeper. Continuously open your heart, expanding your consciousness. We must go deeper, deeper, and deeper into the core of our heart. Know that your heart is a center point to connect the divinity in you, your presence.

The great master says that we must be firm, we must be determined for our freedom. We can push and push all the time, but need to have space, balance, relaxation, and a harmony within ourselves. Like an athlete who does intense training, and then follows it with easy walking and a time of relaxation. The athlete repeats, on and off in this way. It is the same with us with in our spiritual work. We must take a break, and breath deeply.

However, our intentions should always focus on our total freedom and awakening. For that we must ask divine being, angels, and the cosmic and ascending master for guidance. We must keep our intention to go deeper, deeper, and deeper to attain our highest freedom.

I understand that so many people are not ready. They can make all kinds of excuses to not go deeper. That is alright, for maybe he or she is not ready. Everyone had there own speed or level of progress and transformational change. If you are ready and willing, you must make full committment to your freedom and happiness. When you work sincerely from the heart, I do believe divine being will guide you toward the light, freedom, and happiness. Whether you see, feel, or not.

If you are ready and willing to go deeper, never give up. If your situation or atmosphere seems hopeless or uncertain, never ever give up. In front of darkness, all of a sudden light will show up. From a human point of view you may not see or feel it. That is why devotion and faith are so important for your freedom. Strong faith and devotion will take you to the next level. No matter what you are experiencing or what situation you are in, you must keep seeking the light. We must work continuously, persistently, and consistently. Like David Hawkins says, "The most powerful tool that is in the province of the will is devotion."

OKAGE SAMADE, meaning appreciation of the invisible world

There is a Japanese phrase called OKAGE SAMADE, which means I appreciate everything in the invisible world. People speak about this phrase as a custom, without an understanding of its deeper meaning. Some people are aware of its meaning, others are not. However, when you observe this phrase, there are much deeper meanings.

OKAGE means invisible world. Some people say I appreciate my happiness, health, prosperity, and achievement because of help and support from the invisible world. It is an expression of appreciation.

We need to be aware that we live in a three dimensional physical world. But there is a much deeper higher dimension as well. The world beyond three dimensions is much larger than our perceived three dimensional world. We need to constantly remind ourselves that there are much higher dimensions in our universe and in our world.

The key point is that if we wish to change ourselves for the better, we must constantly connect the invisible world, such as the divine world or higher consciousness or higher vibration. That is why meditation, contemplation, and prayer are so important. We must consciously receive, appreciate, and integrate higher vibration and divine grace.

Limitations/ Unlimitations

As a human being or social being, we are experiencing all sorts of limitations, blockages, and challenges. In some way, it is necessary for our awakening or as a life lesson. Someone could say it is karma, that one must purify or overcome this karma. We accept these limitations as normal, however I started to realize that it is not normal or natural. Some people say we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Imagine that phrase to be true. If we are truly spiritual beings, we should be unlimited and much freer. For example, I have met and studied with wonderful yoga teachers in Japan, met great healing teachers, taoist teachers in China, gurus from India in the US and India. At that time I felt very good and inspired. However, after awhile, no matter how hard I worked, I would hit a wall, or limitation. Fortunately in the last couple years, I have been following the I AM teaching from ascended masters. Then I started to see every aspect of my life as unlimited. The point is that until you experience the highest unlimitation, you don't really know if you are experiencing limitation.

You really have to go inside yourself. We must be aware of every moment of our life, through each event during the day if we are feeling free or not, limitation or unlimitation. Can you ask yourself, am I accepting the fact that I am a spiritual being experiencing human being. We have so much influence from the outside and we are not really aware of our real authentic feelings and thoughts are. Therefore, sometimes we need to have a mini-retreat. This can take only thirty minutes, or half a day, or a few hours to empty ourselves. Then you can ask yourself if you really accept the fact that you are a spiritual being having human experience. Or you can ask, who am I, or what is my divine path.

My feeling is this. Until we recognize we are experiencing limitations in so many aspects of our lives, we are not normal. We are spiritual beings, free beings. If not, we must change by whatever means. We cannot be unlimited or free. I do believe there is some way or path to take us to total freedom, to being unlimited. For that you need to have a very strong determination to be free, almost a conviction.
